HCCT is a voluntary organisation set up to monitor streets in Horowhenua District. The cameras record worrying and untoward activities on selected roads and precincts in your community. Trained, Police-vetted volunteers undertake Police-requested searches important to their enquiries, using specialised equipment located in the NZ Police station in Levin.
